How to order window balances Identify color of nylon bearing (white, red, blue or black) Measure metal tube length. (Do not include nylon bearing) Measure rod extension (as shown in diagram above) with rod flush with screw hole end of tube. Note: there are two possible rod extension lengths per tube length. Only our most popular combinations can be chosen below for on-line purchase. For all others, please call us at 800-992-4282 to inquire about cost and availability. To order more than one combination on-line, just return to this page and choose another combination. Then add it to your shopping cart. Please order carefully as window balances are custom made and are non-returnable. In most cases, these balances take us about 1 week to receive before shipping to you.
